Tutorial: Round Border Image Hover Effect

This is a tutorial to show you how to do your picture in your blog borser turn round...
Follow this steps:
1. Go to Dashboard => Design => Edit HTML => Tick Expand Widget
2. Search for ( Ctrl + F ):
